These terms apply to your use of the Chutney website. Chutney is an Indian and Bangladeshi restaurant at 27 Easton Street, High Wycombe, HP11 1NT.

02 Menu, prices and allergies
The dishes and prices on this website are taken from our online ordering menu. Prices and dishes can change, and the price shown when you order online is the price you pay.
Allergies: if you have a food allergy or intolerance, please call us on 01494 450001 and speak to our management before you order. Allergen information on this website is taken from our online menu; please check with us, because recipes and ingredients can change.03 Online orders and table bookings
Orders and table bookings are made on order.chutneywycombe.co.uk, provided by Just Order Online Limited as our technology partner. The terms shown on that site apply to your order or booking.
Changes to orders, cancellations and refunds are decided by the restaurant. Please call us as soon as possible if something is wrong with your order.
Because food is made for you and spoils quickly, the 14-day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to food orders. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
04 Offers
Online collection orders over £15 receive 10% off. The offer applies to orders placed on our website for collection.

05 Delivery
Any delivery charge and the minimum order value are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times given when you order are estimates. They can vary with the weather, how busy we are and the dishes you order, because food is cooked fresh.

06 Alcohol

Catering for parties and events is priced per head. The menu, numbers and price are agreed with you before your event.

08 Using this website
The text, design and images on this website belong to Chutney or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking us first.
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
09 Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to, including the ordering and booking site, Google Maps and Facebook.
10 Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
